Accurate stock information is very important for the smooth running of a business.
To this, POS Logix Sales Terminal keeps track of the stock of all products within the system and provides a warning when stock is low.
The system allows you to configure stock in the form that it arrives from your suppliers, yet sell items as different individual or multiple item packs to your customers.
An advanced product ingredient screen allows you to configure exactly how much of a supplier ingredient goes into a product sale.

    Supplier Ordering

    Supplier Ordering provides an easy way for you to keep on top of your stock and ensure you are not risking any losses.

    You are able to set warnings that will alert you when stock of each product falls below a user set amount. You can then initiate a re-order procedure where a PDF can be generated to be given to your suppliers.

    You will first begin by setting up a list of all your suppliers. You are able to enter key important information such as Contact Name, Telephone Number and Address. These will be stored and used to later assign your products to.

    You can then assign each of your products to their suppliers when entering your product details. This will be used to generate the connection between your products and which supplier they belong to.

    Stock Levels

    When your stock levels fall below a certain number, this will trigger a warning in the "Supplier Ordering" section. You will also be able to see this on the main Dashboard/Homepage.

    When you go into the "Supplier Orders" section, you will see a warning next to the Suppliers of the products that need to be re-ordered.

    By selecting "Place Order" you can enter the details of your new order and receive a printable PDF to be given to your suppliers.
